Luoyang Weather & Climate
Luoyang lies in the west of Henan province; belongs to the north temperate continental climate zone and has distinct four seasons. Spring is dry and cold, rainy seasons come in summer, means Luoyang is humid in summer days; autumn is the most comfortable also the best time to visit Luoyang, while it is crowded in many scenic spots; winter is cold and snow.
There are several sandstorms in spring time, while in April world famous Peony Festival is held in mid-April.
