Yunnan Weather
Located in a subtropical highland climate, Yunnan has some of the mildest climates in China. It has short cool dry winters and warm humid summers. The weather never gets very hot in the summer. Because of this, Kunming, the capital of Yunnan Province, is known as the “City of Eternal Spring”.
