Day 1Arrival in Hong Kong

Upon arriving in Hong Kong, your local guide will meet you and you will be driven to your hotel. The rest of the day is yours to relax, or explore Hong Kong on your own.

Day 2Hong Kong/Guilin

In the morning after having breakfast in your hotel, your guide will meet you and you will be driven to Central for your tram ride up to Victoria Peak, which will give you a fantastic bird’s eye view of Hong Kong. You will then be driven to Aberdeen where you will see an entire community living on small houseboats as they have for centuries. After Aberdeen, you will be driven to Repulse Bay, the most luxurious section of Hong Kong, is famous for its architecture, boutiques, and golden beaches. Then you will be driven to the airport for your flight to Guilin. After you arrive in Guilin Your local guider will meet you and drive you to your hotel for rest.

Afternoon air transfer from Hong Kong to Guilin, Arrive in Guilin in the evening, meet the guide and transfer to your hotel.

Sites Visited: Li River Cruise

After breakfast, you will be driven about 40 minutes to Zhujiang Pier to start your 3-4 hours' boat cruise down the picturesque Li River, which is the highlight of any visit to Guilin, until you get to Yangshuo County. Then learn to play Taichi in Yangshuo School.

Optional night show: Impression Liu Sanjie, an outdoor night show, performing on the Li River.

Biking around the countryside and rafting along the Yulong river to see the stunning scenery, rice paddies, water buffalo and local farmer's life. Drive back to Guilin in the evening.

In the morning, you will visit the symbol of Guilin city Elephat Trunk Hill, then drive to see the splendid Karst cave Reed Flute Cave. Late in the afternoon, drive Guilin airport for the flight to Chengdu. Arrive in Chengdu in the evening. our local guide will meet you and escort you to your hotel.

On this day, your first stop is the Wenshu Temple where you can spend some time sitting in its tea house enjoying a cup of traditional Chinese tea and absorb the special atmosphere of Chengdu and Jinli Old Street. Arrive in Xian in the evening. our local guide will meet you and escort you to your hotel.

Sites Visited: Terra Cotta Warriors & Horses , Ancient City Wall, Ancient Bell Tower

Today your first stop is to join the ranks of the incredible Terracotta Warriors, the forbidding sentinels of a death defying emperor, starting out through the silent millennia of history. In the afternoon, visit the Ancient City Walls, the largest and best-kept city walls on earth. Strolling on the Walls is quite an enjoyable experience. Today's tour ends to visit the Bell Tower, a famous landmark of Xian ancient city.

Options: You can rent a bike and cycle on the wall or have a local dumpling dinner and enjoy the famous Tang Dynasty Show.

Today after breakfast, you'll visit the Great Mosque, a tranquil and historic mosque that has served Xian's Muslim community for more than a millennium. By the way, you'll stop by the Muslim Community. Then head to the age-old Big Wild Goose Pagoda, the symbol of the old-line Xian, a well-preserved ancient building and a holy place for Buddhists.

You will then be escorted to the railway station for your Express train to Luoyang. Upon your arrival at Luoyang, our local guide will meet you and escort you to your hotel. The rest of the day is free at your own leisure.

Today after breakfast, you'll be driven (1 hr) to Dengfeng to a Shaolin kungfu martial arts school to take a morning class with local student monks; Then visit the Shaolin Temple to learn about the history of Shaolin Kungfu; contemporary Buddhist music and martial arts evening show; After the tour, be driven 1 hour back to hotel in Luoyang.

Day 12Luoyang / Shanghai

In the Morning, our local guide escorts you to the airport for your onward flight to Shanghai. Upon your arrival in Shanghai, the world everyone knows city, our local guide will meet you and escort you to your hotel. The rest of the day is free at your own leisure.

Sites Visited: Shanghai Old Concession Area, Yuyuan Garden , Yuyuan Market, Shanghai Urban Planning Exhibition Hall

After breakfast, you'll visit the Shanghai Urban Planning Exhibition Center, a must-see for all true Shanghainophiles to witness how Shanghai became a cosmopolitan city from a shabby fishing village.

Then walk leisurely around the beautiful Yu Garden, a pleasant enough, well-contained classical Chinese garden, and savor some local flavor snacks at the Yu Garden Bazaar. Later to visit the French Concession to appreciate its old French-style villas and special colonial culture. In the evening, enjoy the breathtaking Acrobatic Show. (Optional)

Sites Visited: Shanghai Jinmao Tower, Nanjing Road

After breakfast, head to the famous Bund to witness Shanghai's skyline, and stroll along China's No.1 shopping street, Nanjing Road. Then ascend the Jinmao Tower to get an amazing bird's eye view of this metropolis. Then continue to Jade Buddha Temple to admire the largest jade Buddha in the world and exquisite religious artifacts.

After the tour, be transferred to the airport for your flight to next destination or back to home.

Transportation cost covers all the domestic airfare of economy class with airport tax, train tickets between the cities as the itinerary specified.

Private Sightseeing Escort:

Normal sightseeing activities as the itinerary listed will be escorted with English-speaking guide. The English-speaking guide and driver in each city are with you throughout the entire itinerary around that city. They do not fly with you from one city to another.

Hotel service criterion: two adults share on one standard twin/double-bed room; solo traveler who want to occupy one twin/double-bed room assigned is required for extra single supplement rate. A single room is available on prior request at an additional cost; if a recommended hotel unavailable, it will be replaced by one of the same class.
