In the morning, you will firstly visit the iconic Tiananmen Square, the world's largest plaza. Walking through Tiananmen Gate, you will then enter the splendid Forbidden City. With a history of 600 years, this royal palace continues to delights visitors with imposing pavilions, elegantornaments and lively historic stories.

Sites Visited: Beijing Hutongs, Mutianyu Great Wall

No China tour is complete without a visit to the Great Wall. You will visit to the magnificent Great Wall (Mutianyu section), and Hutongs in Beijing.
After lunch at a local Chinese restaurant, you will pay a visit to the Cloisonne Factory where you can see the traditional Beijing culture Art. Then drive back to the city, take a 3-wheel rickshaw around unique Beijing street Hutongs (some crisscrossing old narrow paths with courtyard houses built on each side) and have a visit to the local family.

Day 4Day 4 Beijing/Xi'an

Sites Visited: The Summer Palace

After breakfast, you will visit the exquisite Summer Palace and take a short boat on the Kunming Lake there. As a World Heritage site, it is an imperial summer resort famed for beautiful garden landscaping and fascinating legends of the late Qing Dynasty.

After that, you take a afternoon flight transfer to Xi'an. In Xi'an, you are met by the local guide and transfered to your hotel. Free at leisure in the evening.

Sites Visited: Terra Cotta Warriors & Horses

On this day you will firstly visit the Xi'an Daqin Terra-Cotta & Lacquer Furniture Art Factory. Then drive to visit the incredible Terracotta Warriors. As one of the most significant archeological finds in 20th century, these 6000 life-size terracotta army soldiers and horses in battle formation have guarded Emperor Qin Shihuang's mausoleum for 2,200 years. In the afternoon, you are arranged to learn how to prepare Chinese noodles or dumplings at the local restaurants. Enjoy dumplings for dinner in the evening.

Day 6Day 6 Xi'an/Shanghai

Sites Visited: The Bund Shanghai, Nanjing Road, Ancient City Wall

This day, you will pay a morning visit to the Ancient City Walls, the largest andbest-kept city walls on earth. Strolling and cycling on the wall is quite an experience. After a drop by a Jade Gallery, you will proceed to the Bell Tower, a famous landmark of Xian. The transfer to the airport and fly to Shanghai. Upon arrival in Shanghai, meet the local guide and transfer to your hotel and have a free evening leisure on the Bund and Nanjing Road.

Sites Visited: Yuyuan Garden , Zhujiajiao Ancient Town

After breakfast at the hotel, meet the guide and drive to Zhujiajiao Water Town to see the traditional life at Yangtze River Delta. After lunch, drive to the city and visit Yu Garden. The garden used to be a private garden with 400 years' history; it features traditional architectural style of Yangtze Delta. After that, have a free walk on the nearby Old Street.

Day 8Day 8 Shanghai/Guilin

Morning free at leisure for your own exploration. Meet the guide and transfer to the airport for the late afternoon flight to Guilin. Arrival in Guilin, meet the guide and transfer to your hotel.

Day 9Day 9 Guilin/Yangshuo

Sites Visited: Li River Cruise

After breakfast, you will be driven about 40 minutes to Zhujiang Pier to start your 3-4 hours' boat cruise down the picturesque Li River, which is the highlight of any visit to Guilin, until you get to Yangshuo County. Check in your hotel and transfer to sitting on a bamboo rafting (twin sharing), you will be inspired by breathtaking views of peaks and pinnacles, crystal-clear water and picturesque pastoral views of rice paddies and water buffaloes along the river.

Optional night show: Impression Liu Sanjie, an outdoor night show, performing on the Li River.

Day 10Day 10 Yangshuo/Guilin/Hong Kong

Biking around the countryside to see the stunning scenery, rice paddies, water buffalo and local farmer's life. Drive back to Guilin and visit Reed Flute Cave, proceed to the airport for the afternoon flight to Hong Kong. Upon arrival in Hong Kong, meet the guide and transfer to your hotel.

Transportation cost covers all the domestic airfare of economy class with airport tax, train tickets between the cities as the itinerary specified.

Normal sightseeing activities as the itinerary listed will be escorted with English-speaking guide. The English-speaking guide and driver in each city are with you throughout the entire itinerary around that city. They do not fly with you from one city to another.

Hotel service criterion: two adults share on one standard twin/double-bed room; solo traveler who want to occupy one twin/double-bed room assigned is required for extra single supplement rate.
