Day 1Arrival in Beijing

Welcome to Beijing! Arrival in Beijing, our private tour guide & driver will pick you up and transfer to your hotel downtown.

Day 2Beijing

After breakfast, our tour guide & drive will meet you and pick you up from your hotel to view the grand Mutianyu Great Wall. After lunch, you will marvel at Changling, Shenlu Road, ancient Chinese imperial tombs. On the way back to your hotel, you may make a stop at the Beijing Olympic Sites to take some pictures of the world-famed "Bird's Nest" and the "Water Cube" from the outside.

Day 3Beijing/Tianjin

Today you will visit the world's largest plaza, Tiananmen Square. Walking through Tiananmen Gate and National Grand Theater, you will enter the most complete imperial palace, Forbidden City. After lunch, your tour will start in the afternoon to visit the Summer Palace. Today's tour will end with a evening drive to Tianjin. Stay overnight in Tianjin.

Day 4Tianjin/Jinan

A half day Tianjin tour will start with a morning visit to Ancient Culture Street, Porcelain House, Wudadao Road. In the afternoon you will be transfered to Jinan by 1.5-2 hours' bullet train. Upon arrival, you will meet your local guide and be transfered to your hotel.

After a short rest, you will pay a evening visit to Baotu Spring Park, where is the best spring under the heaven. There are many clear and crystal spring pools and magnificent pavilions in the park, which make it a fairyland in the city center.

Day 5Jinan/Tai'an Mount Tai

In the morning, drive 1 hour to Tai’an. You will first visit the famous Dai Temple, the largest and most completed ancient building of Mount Tai, where ancient emperors always held sacrificial ceremonies.

After lunch, start to climb Mt. Taishan, the leader of the Five Sacred Mountains in China. Take the private car to the Halfway Gate to the Heaven. Then, you could have 1.5 hours' hike to the top of the Mt. Taishan (if physical condition limits, you could take cable car to South Gate to the Heaven). On the top, visit South Heavenly Gate, Heavenly Street, Jade Emperor Peak, Inscription on the Cliff, Sun Rising Peak and more.

Afterwards, take cable car to get down from the mountain. Stay overnight in Tai’an.

Day 6Tai'an Mount Tai/Qufu

After breakfast, you’ll transfer to Qufu, and have a day tour in the birthplace of Confucius. The highlight of today is to visit "San Kong", the name given collectively to the three main sites of Confucius: the Confucian Temple, The Confucian Mansion and the Confucian Cemetery. You will get a full understanding about the life of Confucius, as well as the Confucian culture. Stay overnight at a local hotel in Qufu.

Day 7Qufu/Qingdao by bullet train

In the morning, you’ll head to Qufu East Train Station to catch the 3.5-hour G train to Qingdao. Upon arrival, the local guide will meet you at train station and escort you to the hotel. Your guide will help you check in. Have a break in your hotel.

In this afternoon, you will visit the Tsingtao Brewery Museum, where you can watch the exhibition of the complete process of making the beer and taste the freshly brewed beer. Since Qingdao is famous for the Tsingtao Brewery, you will have a better understanding about the beer and the city after today's visit.

Qingdao International Beer Festival: It is annually held on the second weekend of the August, and lasts for 15 days. You can enjoy the “Beer Carnival” games, beer tasting, drinking contests, music, food, and interactive performances.

Day 8Qingdao

After breakfast, your guide and driver will pick you up at your hotel. Today, you will have a city exploration in Qingdao city. The first stop is to Zhanqiao Pier, a symbol of Qingdao city. It was built in 1891 as a naval pier, and now is a famous landmark in the Qingdao Bay.

Then followed a trip to Little Qingdao Isle, whose shape is like an ancient violin, is also called “Violin Isle”. Waterside pavilions, red reefs with blue waves, white tower with green trees and an arbor makes the island as the heaven created a beautiful picture.

Later, you will have a walk in the Badaguan Scenic Resort. It is a great place to embrace Qingdao which is well known for the old villas of different architecture styles. If you miss the Badaguan when visiting Qingdao, it means you haven’t fully seen Qingdao.

The last activity today is to visit Qingdao No.1 Bathing Beach, the biggest one in Qingdao.

Day 9Qingdao/Nanjing

Take a morning flight to Nanjing, the capital city of Jiangsu province. Upon arrival, you will picked up by your local guide and driver to visit Mausoleum of Dr. Sun Yat-sen, Ming Xiaoling Mausoleum, Old City Area, Zhonghua Gate.

Day 10Nanjing-Suzhou

Meals: B,L

After breakfast, you will be transfered to railway station for morning bullet train to Suzhou. Upon arrival, you will be escorted to visit Humble Administrator's Garden, Tiger Hill, Panmen Gate, And then a boat cruise on the Grand Canal. Stay overnight in Suzhou.

Day 11Suzhou/Zhouzhuang/Suzhou

After breakfast, you will take a morning high speed train from Suzhou to Hangzhou. Upon arrival, you will continue your tour to visit Lingyin Temple, Six Harmony Pagoda; and then a boat cruise on the West Lake. Stay overnight in Hangzhou.

Day 12Suzhou/Shanghai

After breakfast, you will pay a full day to Yuyuan Garden, Temple, Jade Buddha Temple, Nanjing Road, The Bund.

Day 13Shanghai

You will continue your leisure tour in Shanghai to visit Xintiandi, French Concession, Urban Planning Center, Gordon Financial Center, Shanghai Museum
