In the morning, you will visit the City God Temple complex, a traditional ancient block filled with local snacks and antique shops. Then wander through well-preserved Shikumen lanes to appreciate unique Shanghai old-town architecture that combines Chinese and Western styles. In the afternoon, you will first head to Jin Mao Tower in Lujiazui Financial District for panoramic bird’s-eye views of the whole city. After dinner,you can walk along the iconic Bund lined with hundreds of classic European-style buildings. Later board a cruise ship for a beautiful night tour on Huangpu River, admiring dazzling neon skyline on both river banks.

You will arrive Xi’an via Shanghai in morning. After breakfast, you’ll be whisked away to Zhujiajiao—a stunning, time-honored water town just outside Shanghai! It’s the perfect way to soak up the gentle, dreamy water town charm of the Yangtze Delta! Once you’ve had your fill of that magic, it’s off to Shanghai airport for your flight to Xi’an! And guess what? As soon as you land, your friendly local guide will be there waiting to greet you and whisk you straight to your hotel. The night is all yours to explore or simply relax—how exciting is that?

Experience Cycle or walk along Xi’an Ancient City Wall — the largest and best-preserved ancient city wall remaining in China. Then you will visit Stele Forest Museum, housing countless stone tablets with masterpieces of ancient Chinese calligraphy. You will join a hands-on stone rubbing activity, an intangible cultural heritage craft, and make your own unique calligraphy souvenir to take home.
