Day 1Beijing/Duolun

Welcome to China! you local guide will meet you at the hotel in Beijing in the morning and escort you to Duolun. Lunch will be arranged at a famous Royal Racecourse - Taipusi Yuma Yuan located at Gongbaolage Grassland. It is also the Royal Horse cultural tourism scenic spots. Upon arrival, you will be warmly welcome by local Mongolian group with the highest Maldini etiquette: enjoy Mongolian singing and dancing during lunch and then watch equestrian, horse racing, mongolia wrestling performance after lunch. After lunch, you will move on to Duolun town, another famous historical city in the Inner Mongolia.

After breakfast at hotel, you will be arranged the visit to Site of Xanadu (Shangdu of The Yunan Dynasty), listed as Unesco Culture Heritage site in June 2012. Shangdu was the summer capital of Kublai Khan's Yuan Dynasty (1271 - 1368) in China. In the ruins of Shangdu, people have discovered a stunning civilization, a masterpiece featuring the multi-culture combination. Before entre in the Site of Xanadu, enjoy Jinlianchuan Prairie. There are yellow flowers and many other kinds of unknown flowers all over the mountains and plains Here. After lunch, Huizong Temple will be arranged. which is built by one of the emperor-Kangxi.

After breakfast at hotel in Duolun, you will be transfered (240km) to Xilinhot. After lunch, you will be transferred to visit the Beizi Temple. The Beizi Temple is one of the four most famous monasteries in Inner Mongolia. It has five halls - One for Administration, two for Living Buddhas, one for Medicine and one for Astronomy and Math. There are over a dozen of small halls, stupas, and over 2000 living rooms for lamas. Beizi Temple is built with exquisite carvings, paintings and ornate scrollwork.

Day 4Xilinhot/Xilingol Grassland

After breakfast at hotel, you will drive (150km) to West Wuzhumuqin Grassland. With 10.786 Square kilometre, it is typical area of Xilingol Grassland consisting of marshlands, grasslands, sand dunes, and wetlands. It is one of the birthplace of Mongolia people. You will be arranged to visit the local family, to enjoy the Mongolia Music and local milk food, to stay overnight at Mongolia Yurt there for life experience.

Day 5Xilingol Grassland/Chifeng

You can enjoy the Sunrise on the grassland. After breakfast, A morning transfer (115km) to visit the Asi Hatu Stone Forest. Asihatu Stone Forest is a geological park integrating stone forest, grassland and forest. Asihatu granite is a rare stone forest landform. Then move on (150km) to hotel near Dalinur Lake for overnight.

Day 6Dalinur Lake/Wulanbutong Grassland

Enjoy the Sunrise near the Lake, and walk around with the beautiful sightseeings. Dalinur Lake is the second largest lake in Inner Mongolia, one of the three swan lakes in China with other two being Bayinbuluk Lake in Xinjiang and Panyang Lake in Jiangxi. After lunch, move on to another grassland in Inner Mongolia-Wulan butting grassland.

After breakfast, you willdrive (450km) back to Beijing.

Transportation & Private Transfers:

Transportation cost covers all the domestic airfare of economy class with airport tax, train tickets between the cities as the itinerary specified.

 

Transfer between airports, railway station, hotels and scenic spots for sightseeing around the cities that are specified by the itinerary with private air conditioned vehicle with driver and English-speaking guide. Separate arrivals and departures will incur extra charges.

All entrance fees to the scenic spots listed in the itinerary. The final arrangement will be determined by private tour guides depends on the real-time local circumstances wheather are beyond the control of Access China Travel. We will adhere to the original itinerary as accurately as possible. 

 

Normal Meals:

All normal meals as the itinerary specified: B = breakfast, L = Lunch, D = dinner in local  restaurant. Breakfasts are served in hotel, breakfasts have Chinese or Western style for your option; Lunches are served in carefully selected quality local Chinese restaurants with best service, your lunches will be ordered by your guide catering to your preferences within normal standard. Dinners as the itinerary specified will be also served in local Chinese restaurants. The meal quotation is normalized. If you have any special request about meals, like vegetarian, famous rare dishes, Indian food or more, please inform us in advance. For the unspecified dinners, you will have dinner on your own. Feel free to ask your local guide for suggestions or recommendation.

 

Private Sightseeing Escort:

Normal sightseeing activities as the itinerary listed will be escorted with English-speaking guide. The English-speaking guide and driver in each city are with you throughout the entire itinerary around that city. They do not fly with you from one city to another.

 

Hotel Accommodation:

Hotel service criterion: two adults share on one standard twin/double-bed room; solo traveler who want to occupy one twin/double-bed room assigned is required for extra single supplement rate. A single room is available on prior request at an additional cost; if a recommended hotel unavailable, it will be replaced by one of the same class. All hotels as the itinerary listed serve daily western or Chinese breakfast. All rooms are air-conditioned with private facilities unless specified.
