Known as the “Little Li River”, Yulong River is the longest tributary of the Li River in Yangshuo, Guilin. Winding through vast karst landscapes, it stretches for over 40 kilometers, featuring crystal clear emerald water, towering limestone peaks, endless bamboo groves and layered rice paddies. Different from the bustling Li River cruise, no motorboats are allowed here, keeping the valley peaceful and quiet.
The signature experience is bamboo raft drifting. Poled gently by local boatmen, the raft glides slowly across the river.
