Upon arrival at the high-speed railway station in Huangshan, you will be greeted by our local guide and transferred to your hotel. In the afternoon, you can wander along Tunxi Old Street, a well-preserved ancient commercial promenade featuring classic Hui-style architecture with white walls and black tiles. Lined with handicraft boutiques, tea houses and local snack stalls, the bluestone-paved street offers you a taste of Huizhou’s old-world charm. The rest of the day is at your leisure. In the morning, you will head for Yangjia Incense Hall for an immersive intangible-heritage workshop. Under guidance of local craftsmen, you get hands-on experience crafting traditional Hui-style incense tablets and may bring your handmade piece home as a unique souvenir. After lunch, you can visit Qiyun Mountain, a revered Taoist holy land famed for spectacular Danxia landform. Roam among red sandstone cliffs, ancient Taoist temples and lush mountain valleys. Feel the serene Taoist philosophy while marvelling at magnificent geological formations and time-worn religious architectures. Overnight: Huangshan

After breakfast, you will travel by coach to Wuyuan. Explore Huangling, the famous terraced mountain village. In spring, layered terraces burst into endless golden rapeseed blossom seas. In autumn, witness the iconic “Sun-Drying Autumn”, with colourful harvest crops displayed on wooden balconies creating vibrant pastoral scenes. Meander through ancient alleyways and soak in dreamlike southern-China countryside scenery. After sightseeing, you will be transferred to the high-speed railway station for your departure.
